What is the size of the Wall's scoop? view hide
We would normally recommend a 20 Scoop.
How many scoops do you get per tub? view hide
Approximately 40-42 using a 20 Scoop.
What is the % wastage? view hide
Minimal from a 5Ltr. Providing no temperature abuse, i.e. stored and served from freezer, there should be less than 1%.
What is the "drop" time/ how well does the scoop hold? view hide
I would test this, but I would say it would be between 5-10 minutes.
How much above the legal minimum is the dairy content? view hide
To be classed as a Dairy Ice Cream, the product has to be above 2.5% milk protein. Dairy content varies by flavour, but for example in Vanilla, this is 3.4% milk protein and 9.7% dairy cream fat.
Does TT contain rennet? view hide
True Taste may contain a trace of rennet in the whey production. Therefore it is not suitable for vegetarians.
What is the fruit content of the sorbets? view hide
Our sorbet varieties (Lemon, Blackcurrant, Mango, and Pineapple) contain fruit content of up to 45%.
Could True Taste be used to create milkshakes? view hide
All varieties have a high quality real cream base therefore all that is needed to create a milkshake is a dash of milk or cream which will guarantee a rich, creamy and intense flavour, enhanced by fresh fruit pieces.
